Happy Spooky Halloween
In October, our average daily attendance remained at 71%, which means about 146 out of 207 students were coming to school on a daily basis. Our goal is 80%! Coming to school every day is extremely important to help students learn social skills and academic skills. Report cards are coming up this month, you are welcome to contact our teachers about your child’s learning progress and see how you can work with us to build positive learning skills at home.

On the afternoon of November 10, we are holding an activities event in celebration of International Inuit day. If any family members of Kullik students are able to share a traditional skill, activity, item, story, please contact our school!

School Safety: During school hours, please wait at the front reception if you are picking up your child to protect precious learning time. Our office staff will happily contact the teacher and have your child brought to you.

Weather: As the weather changes, please send students to school with warm, weather-appropriate outdoor clothes. As a reminder, our policy is that students enjoy outdoor recess unless the temperature reaches below -45°C.

Lunches: Thanks to NTI/CNDEA fund, Kullik will provide takeaway lunches every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
